The YMCA offers a wide variety of Aerobics classes for all ages and abilities. From early morning Body Fusion to evening Yoga; from Zumba to Pilates, there is a class for everyone. Since we have expanded the building we now offer classes in the Aerobics, Cross Training, and Indoor Cycling Room. Look at all class schedules if you do not see the class you are looking for.
Classes are offered seven days a week at various times throughout the day.
Come ready to have a fun workout as you cycle to fast-paced music in a room lit with black lights. Adult and family classes are offered Monday thru Saturday at various times throughout the day.
Cycling Class Schedules
You will sprint, hill climb, hover, freeze and jump on the indoor bike! You might even get a little bit of upper body band work! Come see why indoor cycling is still the hottest workout. Don't worry, anyone can do it - our instructors always provide modifications for beginners and veterans.
This class is designed to get families fit together! Parents are encouraged to bring their children ages 6 and up to cycle with them. The difficulty level is appropriate for children, while also giving adults a challenge. ANYONE can attend-with or without kids. A good place to start if you are new to indoor cycling.
