Programs

The Mental Health Support Group meets at the Hopkinsville Family YMCA on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Connect with others in a welcoming environment to find hope, encouragement, and guidance as you navigate everyday challenges. Through shared experiences and meaningful connections, the group offers emotional and spiritual support to remind you that you are not alone.

Rock Steady Boxing
Rock Steady Boxing at the Hopkinsville Family YMCA is an innovative fitness program designed specifically for individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Classes are held Mondays and Thursdays from 12:00–1:30 PM and use non-contact boxing and other physical fitness activities to help participants improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and overall quality of life. More than just exercise, Rock Steady Boxing provides a welcoming community where fighters encourage one another, build confidence, and face Parkinson’s together.
Rock Steady Boxing Support Group
Our Rock Steady Boxing Support Group meets on the second Monday of each month at 10:30 AM at the Hopkinsville Family YMCA. Connecting with other fighters and sharing personal experiences can provide encouragement, understanding, and valuable emotional and spiritual support. The group offers a supportive environment where participants can build relationships, share challenges and successes, and know they are not facing the everyday challenges of Parkinson’s alone.

Wednesday Morning Bible Study
Join us each Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM at the Hopkinsville Family YMCA for Bible Study led by Reverend Richard Quarles. All are welcome, and you do not have to be a YMCA member to attend. Bring your Bible and join us as we come together in fellowship to study God’s Word, grow in faith, and encourage one another. Whether you are new to Bible study or have been studying Scripture for years, there is a place for you. Come grow in faith and fellowship with us!
