Group Exercise

We have a vast selection of group exercise classes; From Yoga to Zumba and everything in between. We have classes that will get your heart and muscles pumping and classes that will stretch and lengthen them. We have 3 rooms where classes are held, aerobics room, cycling room and cross training room. When looking at the class schedule you’ll find a key at the top which will indicate beside each class name, time and instructor name where it is held. All instructors will provide modifications and/or variations for exercises preformed in classes. The class schedule is posted on our website, Facebook, on the T.V. in the back hallway, a hard copy is always available at the front desk. The class schedule changes each 8 weeks, please check the effective date of the schedule at the top left hand corner for the most current release.
