Personal Training

Personal trainers are available if you are interested in obtaining their services. Each trainer’s information is located at the front desk area. Personal Trainers fees do apply, you will need to contact them for their rates on their services. Group or package rates may be available and are optional and are at the discretion of the personal trainer. All payments for the trainers services will be taken at the front desk and can be made payable to The Hopkinsville YMCA, make sure to note the trainers name and any other notes on sessions or month payment is designated.
