The Youth Wellness Orientation class (ages 7-11) and Teen Wellness Orientation (ages 12-14) is offered at our YMCA to:

Promote Safety: Teach proper form and equipment use to prevent injury.

Establish Fitness Habits: Encourage a healthy lifestyle and regular exercise from an early age.

Build Confidence: Help youth feel comfortable in a gym setting and with exercise routines.

Introduce Fitness Goals (Ages 12-14): Educate about setting achievable fitness goals and tracking progress.

This orientation ensures that young participants can exercise safely and effectively while enjoying the gym experience. This program is required before youth are allowed on any facility equipment and is at no additional cost to our family members. Register at the front desk.
